It must be that 30 day thing! I'm only on day27 but yesterday was scarey for awhile. I parked in a 4 story parking garage and when I went back to find my car it was GONE! Well not really but not where I thought it was. I had the biggest crave ever and I even walked around looking on the ground for a butt. Don't have a lighter anymore either. Then I thought is that gonna help find my car? n.o.p.e. and luckily the security guy arrived and did a search of the other floors finding my car on the floor above. I was so happy to find my car and glad I didn't find any butts. judy Going to a new Ikea for reward

Well today is almost over and that will complete day 31. I am doing pretty good. A couple of days ago I was really having a hard time and the post and reading really helped me through it. What a difference a day makes. Yesterday and today were alot better. Dont get me wrong I had a few moments of craving but only a few and it did not last long. I hope it only gets easier from here. For those who are strggling with that 30 mark there is alight at the end of the rainbow if u just stick it out. I know I am not out of the woods yet and the temptation will come again but I will fight it off and remember I survived the hardest part. Thank you all for you responses to my post because I think I know that is what helped me through that time.
