Hi Terry88 - N2K give you some good advice. First of all you haave to make tht firm decision to QUIT. You can't TRY to quit - you either smoke or you don't smoke. We have a saying here, Not One Puff Ever, (N.O.P. E.) Patches can help with the craves if you use as directed. Everyone's quit is different so just do what seems to work for you. It isn't easy but you CAN DO IT. Be sure to start your quit meter and watch those days count up.
Hugs, Nan
