Stress is a MAJOR trigger for us. [b]MAJOR. GI-NORMOUS. COLOSSAL, in fact![/b]
Don't use it as an excuse. I have battled that one for a while - when my hubby and I have our "knock down, drag outs" so to speak - the first thing I use to do was rush outside to have a smoke.
NOW I am forced to deal with the situation differently - which is very, very difficult to do.....
Read as much as you can about smoking and the addiction behind it. Smoking is not "a bad habit" as some might think. It is a true drug addiction, and we are all addicts.
Quitting smoking is simple - just don't smoke. It's not easy, however and you realized that today. Be prepared for the next time and you'll do just fine......
