Post Your Stats-No Matter What

18 years ago 0 547 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I have seen people slip and then get timid about posting their stats again. Totally understandable, but I am posting this so that if you are reading this now and you have slipped I want you to know IT IS OK and to please keep posting your stats. You can start over anytime. I know you don't want to keep starting over, so take it from right here, right now, today, and stay strong. Stay true. Stay Quit. One of the biggest keys to staying quit is staying strong, and the support staff is constantly encouraging us to stay strong. It has kept me strong, and no doubt it is helping many of us to stay strong too. Let's stay strong together eh? And post your stats. We can't very well cheer you on if we don't know what your stats look like. If it is one week or one day, no matter how long it is, YOU ARE WORTH CHEERING ON!!!! Bless your hearts, Stay strong, and Post your Stats!! Eve :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 79 Amount Saved: $27 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 20 Mins: 1 Seconds: 31

Anyone who is new to this Forum should seriously consider posting their stats. When I first logged on here I looked around and saw a huge assortment of days quit in the members posts. I am continually in awe of some folks and how they have hung in here and kept helping the new folk. What was that movie? Pay it forward? Yeah and how cool is it that there are folks who live that credo! Seeing those stats from each members posts REALLY does help! *** walking in with head held high *** I am proud to post my stats!! :) I love looking at everyone elses too. For those "old timers", it gives me hope. I really appreciate that some still come here and offer support. It really means a lot to me. It also helps for me to see newbies. To congratulate them on their days. I know when I was in the beginning of my quit, I loved all of the congrats and claps from everyone. This support group is amazing. I could not have made it this far without the SSC!! So, again... I will always post my stats!!! ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 46 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,403 Amount Saved: $150.42 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 18 Mins: 17 Seconds: 5
