Hey - You're doing fabulous. Regarding your hubby, maybe ask him what he did when he used to get cravings, it may jog his mind back to that time in his life when it was tough for him to get through one day of not smoking. Maybe he will remember chomping on toothpicks or licorice!
I often recommend writing in a journal, that way if you want to "say" some really nasty things, you write them all down, read it back to yourself tear it up and NOBODY is injured. This works to vent things out when a lot of bad language is involved. If the language is not to bad and you just want to kick up a huge fuss, that's what we are here for - as they say, BRING IT ON. *SMILE*
