My experience.
I felt like you around the 80 day mark, depressed, blue and just plain blagh, why bother, why go on. I came here and posted and posted and read and passed the time. I did everything I could to stay away from smoking and I kept myself very firmly inline because I did not want to go through all of the beginning stuff.
Guess what. It got better. Given some time, some patience, some perceverance, the blaghness went away and I feel better.
Stay Strong, use all of your skills and your outlook will change.
Welcome to the no smoking journey and your new life as a person who does not smoke. Trust me and so many others here, it really does shift and get much better.
