A lot of us felt the way you do right now. I believe it is part of the process. Kick, scream, cry, break dishes, whatever it takes to get through it. Go back to bed and stay there if it helps (that's what I did). Just don't smoke. You are so close now to freedom. Don't give up on yourself now. You have come too far and worked too hard.
