Way to go! Into your 4th day and the nicotine should be mostly out of your system. Be sure and drink lots of fluids, try to make most of them juices, as caffine will only have an increased effect on you at this point. Sort of like expresso. One day at a time is how we all make it through this part. So just keep hanging on. Won't be long now.
