Hi BluePanda
You're doing GREAT...just ride the emotional bits out. Its what I'm trying to do..and its REALLY hard, but its NOT as hard as starting smoking again and then having to go through all of this AGAIN....
My smoking mainliy happened while I was on the PC, and i am still reaching to the left of my keyboard for my baccy only to remember that I dont smoke anymore...fortunately I find this funny and I laugh (usually out loud!) at what an idiot I must look, reaching for sometihng that isnt there.....
Gotta laugh, or I'll cry!
I'm not sleeping well, and i'm EXHAUSTED....I feel like i cant wake up properly - dozy, no spacial awareness (i keep walking INTO doorframes instead of THRU them...lol) and I'm quite tearful today, but THIS WILL PASS. I just wanted you to know you're not alone, keep it up, you're doing really well!!
Crystal xxxx
