Neek: I quit smoking over 1 year ago so I hardly ever have craves anymore but I still have thoughts......now when stress situations arise, I never even think of a smoke, but when something really good or exciting happens.....thats when smoking pops in my mind....I guess all of my smoking years, I celebrated the goods times with a cig so my mind still thinks they way....But it is sooooo easy now to push that "junkie thinking" aside.
You are doing great Neek...Stay Strong You are gonna love this non smoking life!
