Hi guitarplayerswife: Hang on girl!!!! Everyones quit is so different.....I never experienced anything that you described but maybe someone will come along soon that had simular symptoms. If it keeps up or if it is really bothering you, call your doctor..just to make sure nothing else is going on....
But I would like to offer a few words of encouragement....Hang on tight...There is light at the end of the tunnel, I promise....But for now, just work on getting thru 1 day at a time........
Try drinking alot of ice cold water...that seemed to always bring me back to reality.....
Stay Strong
Brenna

Guitar,
Yes, you can list :) Perhaps keep the brand names to yourself as we cannot promote products but you can let others know what you are using.
Another good source is the SSC IM Messenger, there are not so many rules to abide by there, it is not monitored and you can connect with others whenever you want.
Hope this helps,
Josie

Guitar,
Unfortunately, this is normal and when it will pass is different for everyone. It should disappear in the next couple of days, but don't be fooled the craves will be right behind it and ready to jump on you.
Take the time to plan and make yourself ready. Preparation is key and you will succeed.
Josie
