When you have reached that point in your mind that you desire to quit more than you desire to smoke, the quit will come easily. You will feel almost a joy in your quit.
I'm not saying you aren't there, but you are really fighting it. Quitting, when you truly want to quit, isn't that hard. Let the nicodemon know who's boss. Take control of your life, take control of your quit.
Stop "starting and stopping".. you will beat yourself to death doing that. Of course, smoking will kill you also. Sounds to me you just need to quit and be done with it!
