Forgot my patch.

I patched it for the month of Feb, then when to the gum to "ween" the patch. Personally , I think the patch is a great tool; I am having a hard time w/ a few pieces of gum a day. Whatever works man, just keep it up!

I have read in other peoples posts before of how they have left the house and forgot to put on their patch. Well it happened to me today for the first time. I was driving to work and all of the sudden realized I had not put it on. Yikes! I was fine until I remembered I did'nt put it on. I called my daughter and had her bring a patch to work for me. It has been stressful at work and I did'nt want to risk not having it. It's weird that I could walk out of the house without my patch today because I was'nt even thinking about it and yet I have had the worst cravings today. I am so glad I don't smoke but I wish those cravings would go away already. Hi Iwin, Like you, I used to forget my patch, too [or it would fall off]. I stopped using it after a few weeks. I wonder if the cravings ever go away completely. After all this time, I still have cravings once in a while. With time the cravings become less and you are better able to cope. Your approaching your two month anniversary - congratulations. ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/11/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 417 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,346 Amount Saved: $1668 Life Gained: Days: 59 Hrs: 7 Mins: 54 Seconds: 29
