Hang in here.....sleep patterns are disturbed even without the patches.....you can remove them at bedtime if you find that helps, but I wouldn't quit using them. I credit them with the success of my quit. Depression is normal also. and you are missing your "so-called" friend.....but as was stated...smoking is NO friend...it's the ENEMY. Keep the control....I know it doesn't "feel" like control at this point, but believe me, as long as you don't smoke it IS. YOU are in control. It WILL pass....think positive and get a reward program set up for yourself
