I'm on a weight loss kick after quitting smoking because I did gain weight after quitting. Okay, here's what I know. It's better to be smoke free than carrying extra pounds, so don't worry too much about weight gain for now. You're doing yourself a huge favor by giving up the cigarettes. EXERCISE. I'm a lazy person by nature, and have started working out 5 days a week and found that I love it. In a month I could see and feel the difference in my abs, thighs, and butt!!!! It's so good for you in so many ways and will help with cravings, sleep, weight gain. I'm really not dieting so much but have cut out sugar and processed grains. I've taken all the junk that I used to eat and replaced it with a better for me substitute.
Here's the yummiest treats that I found when I had a craving for something but didnt want to cheat....(they taste so good you'll feel like they're bad, but they're really yummy) #1 Recipe.. Jello makes sugar free/fat free banana creme pudding. Make some of that using nonfat milk, and add in some banana slices. Top it off with the whipped cream that you "spray" out of the can (Reddi Whip), the light kind has 1g fat 0 trans fat and 15 calories per serving. This treat is awesome!!!!!!! #2 Treat Another yummy one is like a float, use diet Pepsi, sugar free vanilla syrup, half/half(or can use somehting less calories), and top with Reddi Whip!!! Yum! #3 I like the sugar free jellos, only 10 calories each!!!! All the fruits and veggies are great, and sunflower seeds becasue they keep you busy for a while! I also LOVE chocolate so I buy the sugar free fat free chocolate fudge pudding, and unsweetened chocolate, Weight watchers has some pretty awesome chocolate pecan treats that are only 50 calories each!!!! So enjoy and don't forget to treat yourself because you're worth it!!!!!!!!
