I got an exercise bike as my reward for me off eBay and it cost only a little more than what I would have spent on baccy had I still smoked. Since I quit, I have pretty much hidden from the world when not going to college, just watching TV, working on computer - and the pounds started going on, and I noticed how unfit I was when I did take a walk outside, even though my lungs have been smoke free for some time now. So, no I can watch TV while burning cals, take a break from the PC on the bike - great investment I'd say - and I don't have to leave the house to do it either!!
