phreaknbz, Thank you for this note, I will surely pass this along to the tech dept. I am not sure what time you posted this message, it says '02:00 am'. Thus making it Thursday April 13-06. Thank you, Melanie ___________________ The SSC Support Team

I'm behind you in days (on day 4 - woohoo!) but feel like my brain is mush. If i dont write something down, it's most likely I will not remember it. FREAKY! I'm still very spaced out, but wondering if the forgetfulness will get better????? This must be the beginning of my hell week. I am so emotional, experiencing brain fog, crying at the drop of a hat, sleepy, and God only knows what else. I want to do my housechores but do not have the strength to even attempt to do them; I want to nap but as soon as I lay down, I must get up and move. This is exactly what I experienced the last time I fell off the wagon. Exactly 1 week w/o patch the last time (3 weeks into a quit--2 of those weeks w/ the patch). This time I did hypnosis and I have noticed I am experiencing what I felt back to that time period. I do not like this emotional roller coaster ride at all. :( My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/4/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 75 Amount Saved: $18 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 19 Mins: 54 Seconds: 15

Hello everyone, somehow I survived the first week - and now is coming the second. I know everyone has his/her own quitting, addiction - still, if it is possible - I would like to be prepared a bit. What is waiting for me and the others? the first week I barely did anything, I also have not seen many people. It was safer so. Now my mind is not completely occupied by the idea of nic, but I constantly forget things - is it "normal"? Anyone else experienced it? Thanks for your grat My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/28/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 190 Amount Saved: $58.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 0 Mins: 12 Seconds: 58
