52 Days and just starting to have sleeping issues

Sunflower, I am having the same problem! I never used to remember my dreams but now I do...and some of them are bizarre!! I don't wake up craving, I just wake up and lay there waiting for the alarm to go off. It doesn't even matter what time I go to bed! The other night I thought that if I stayed up late and watched a movie, I would sleep later...not true. Redrosie, No I am not craving, I haven't changed my pattern, except for the one night, and it has been going on for about 3 weeks. Maybe it is just that I don't need as much sleep. I go see my regular doctor next week...maybe I'll just ask. He'll be thrilled to know I finally quit!! Thanks for all the responses! I have been a non smoker and I am just now starting to have some sleep issues. I never had a problem going to bed without that smoke when I first quit...all I wanted to do was sleep but now I am having issues staying asleep. Anyone else have these problems? I just want to sleep past 4:00 am!! Hi Kc! Yes, I have the same problem. I fall asleep easy, but I wake up a lot of times during the night. I dream a lot and I think I sleep very light because I remember all my dreams. (my nightlife is more exiting than my daylife ;) I am not craving cigarettes, so that is not the reason. I also wake up 4 am and just laying there and wait for the alarm to go off.. Hi there KCChiefsGal, I've been lucky enough not to have any problems sleeping yet in my quit. I'm not sure why you would be waking up now. Have you changed your bedtime routine in any way? When you wake up at 4:00 am, is it because of a crave or are you all of a sudden awaken for no reason you can think of? How many nights has this gone on? Lots of questions I'm asking, hope you don't mind.
