Arwensmom, That's funny !! I do that whenever I get into my truck.. I look around and then realize that I am looking for cigarettes. I had my ldest son clean my truck out before I quit and clear the ashtray and scrub it out. It really does make it easier for some reason because I keep seeing a truck with no ashes anywhere and clean windows and it even smells good. I was out thriftshopping today (first day out) and even found myself smiling at men (no fear of smelling like smoke. I feel special (weird huh???) Anyway, your face looking clearer.. that's so cool !!! probably better circulation and more liquids.. Spend some of that cigarette money.. get some alpha hydrox .. it will clear your skin up even more .. give you a glow on top of your new (I don't smoke...dancin'a little) glow. Now I want to get to day 5.. see what it brings me.. I just got up off my chair, went to the door and had it pushed open before I remembered that I quit smoking. I was going to go out and have a cigarette! I don't have any cigarettes. That's how ingrained smoking is. I don't wear make up. I'm a dog groomer and don't want anything to rub off on freshly cleaned fur, I don't want to sweat it down my neck so I go clean faced. This morning, one of my customers asked me if I had a facial because my skin looked better. Can it be? Is it? An effect of no cigs for five days?

Hi Arwensmom. I just posted to you on the other thread. It is absolutely possible. It happened to me after 1 1/2 weeks, my kids and hubby said how nice and soft my skin looked. Now that I think about it, he just mentioned it again last night. Lots of great benefits ahead for you! Keep it up.
