Hey Mookie, It's Aunt Sissy from the "Holiday Breakers" Dec quit group. Glad to see you made it back. You are not the only one to have trouble a few others have too. The important thing is you can back to get help again. I just wont to tell you it does get easier. I promise!!! It has been a little while for me now and I really don't think about nor crave a smoke very often anymore. I can't say I don't think about it or crave one every now and then. It is just easy now to tell myself no, now that my stats are where they are now. Take things slow. You can do this too. Just don't give in. "NotOnePuffEver" N.O.P.E. remember that. I wrote it on the back of my hand everyday for the first few weeks to remind myself of it. Best of Luck to you. Stay Strong. You'll feel so much better when this is behind you. It feels good to beat such a hard thing. It still puts a smile on my face to drive by the gas station and not have to stop for smokes to last the rest of the night. :) Look at that money saved it blow my mind everytime I see it. I quit on 12/3/2005 and haven't had a smoke since but I am still (and always will be) a smoking addict and I am taking it one day at a time. I hope this time the desire to be an ex-smoker outweighs the desire to have a cigarette. I know I quit many times ranging from 5 minutes to 18 months so I know what a devious addiction this is too. I fought it minute by minute at first, then hour by hour, and now I can say I am fighting it a day at a time. I can live with that. I think if you can make it a day you can make it two, etc. Good luck. Its 9:30 PM..What a long day. lol Haven't finished the day yet but at least I feel like I have turned the corner. Almost there!! It has been tough but I feel good about myself. I feel totally exhausted. Many thanks to all who have responded. You have no idea what a big help you have been. (Youve been there....of course you do) The one huge fact is that everybody is or has been through this. What a blessing you all are. I am ready to start tomorrow as day 2. Bring it on!!!!!!

Mookie your doing great Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
