I also bowl, 2-3 nights a week, throw in a couple beers. Now mr. nic is really talking to me! (or so he was)
It just keeps getting easier and easier, and easier. Now I hardly ever think about it.
I smell it sometimes and think, God, I'm sure glad I don't do that anymore!
The thing that helped me most was I would think. This craving will go away if I don't smoke, But it will come back in 25 min. if I do smoke.
