Good morning everyone! 19 days, i still can't believe i'm actually smoke free! I've noticed that it's actually gotten a bit easier in the last couple of days. I'm now able to sit on my couch & watch tv without getting all figity. I still think of it though... but they are not thoughts that i will act on. Now all i think of is celebrating everyday that i am smoke free, i get on this site everyday to check my stats and give myself a pat on the back. Still kickin ash in "06" BJ My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 19 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 388 Amount Saved: $47.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 11 Mins: 53 Seconds: 12

It is excellent isn't it! Great job BJ. Before long, we'll be walking on that beach enjoying the fresh, smoke free air! Enjoy every moment that you realize "hey, I don't have to waste my precious time smoking just to make myself smell and taste like $hit, I have more important things to do with my time!" Enjoy that fresh air each time you breath it in. I know I do!! N.O.P.E.
