Hang in there Bingo. Nothing worth getting is ever easy!! Make yourself some healthy snacks and bring them with you everywhere. Fill baggies with anything healthy carrots, raisins, nuts, veggies, granola, etc. I know it ain't biscuits, but at least you have something in your mouth. Hang in there, you can do it!! That list does not have very much variety on it at all. There are a lot of healthy foods. Is there any reason why they have only given you 10 options to pick from? Bingo, Hang in there! I know you're on a detox diet but pure dark chocolate with cocoa is good for you and a small piece of it before you eat should help you stay fuller, longer. Good luck, Danielle ________________________________________ The SSC Support Team

The diet is 21 days. Then after that I enter the 'maitenance portion' of the program. I don't know what all is involved in that, but I do know I get to eat other stuff. Here's hoping that chicken-fried steak with country gravy is included!! :) Had my first actual workout with the trainer today too. Woo boy am I realizing just what a glob of goo I am!! lol Further up and further in I suppose! Well off we go on Day 1 of this new diet thing. Breakfast started out with 1 small banana and some plain yoghurt. Yeccch! Lunch was a spinich salad with feta cheese with grilled chicken. I am very hungry. Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a guy. Guys do not eat plain yoghurt. It simply isn't natural. It's like a girl burping the alphabet. It just doesn't happen on a normal day. I am a 280 pound man. I have a beard. I look like a lumberjack. When is the last time you heard a lumberjack say "Oh I'll just have a spinich salad." It aint natural I tells ya! Anyways, I'm hungry. I want biscuits. This damn well better work! It's a specific detox diet that he likes. Though to be honest I think the goal is as much getting me to change my habits and my thoughts as it is to get "detoxed". There are also a couple other things that aren't listed on his sheet that I did find in some internet searching that I want to ask him about - things like brown rice and almonds and such. We shall see! My next appointment is tomorrow.
