today I almost asked from someone a cg on the street- but I was saved of that.
Sleeping: Pleas lie on your back, put your hands on your stomach, breath out, and in, slowly, and count with every action till five, slowly. Only concentrate on counting, that you do that properly. That means as well slow breathing:)
