Peter,
Congratulations on your 50 days today!!!
For me the 100 day mark was a milestone in my view towards my quit. 50 days was nice and made me smile, but at 100 days I was feeling quite good with my quit. Now I'm on the downhill side of the mountain and headed to the promised land! (1 year quit).
Milestones are places to pause and reflect on ones accomplishments. The longer the time quit, the greater the milestone and recognition of it. I consider it a birthday. My 1 year anny will be my 1st birthday in a new, and wonderful life I've given myself.
As for cravings, as the time has passed, they have just drifted away. Good riddance! Now, I do have a fleeting thought now and then, but it goes just as quickly as it arrives. Life is good. :p
Keep on keepin' on! Half a stone is nothing! I put on a full stone!
Best wishes.
