newbkr: i dont mind that you use my post All the ladies: the worst part about the grouchies is i have my monthly you know, so i dont know if its that or its the nic withdrawal, i guess im just double nasty. Thanks for all your advice, it really does help when you have someone that listens.

Thanks you guys, I found the thread, its really funny and very true. They should find a place to put that one up permanently. I'm in real estate, so i had to sign a rental lease with someone yesterday, and in the middle of it i kept losing my train of thought, dropping my pen, babbling about stuff, all i could do was keep apologizing. I was soo embarased, they must have thought i was an idiot. lol How long does the absentmindedness(did i say that rite) stuff last? Hi Kitty, Oh boy...do I know that feeling of wanting to kill someone. There is one particular person I work with that aggravates me so much that ripping off her head would be pleasurable LOL. I have felt like that the last couple days and as I have heard it said...This too shall pass! Just hang on tight. Congrats to you on 2 days...you are doing AWESOME! Newbkr, Don't worry about being technically challenged. I am too. Up until a few days ago, I didn't know how to do it either. When you're in a reply, look at the icons right below the dialog box... the picture of the little world right next to the quote button. You have to get the thread before hand (what I do is when I'm reading a message and I decide that I want to insert another thread, I go to search messages, find the thread I'm looking for, copy the address and then back up to the thread that you want to put the reply in and THEN click reply) and then click on the world and past the URL there. The first time you do it, you'll probably want to go to preview to make sure you did it right. When I want to put more than one in a reply, I copy them to word and then go about it that way. Let me know if you have any problems or you need more explanation. Kitty, As for how long something lasts, it depends. I was teaching a swimming lesson yesterday and could not for the life of me think of the name of the song "ring around the rosie." Yes, I know... that's something I should know, but I could NOT for the life of me figure out the name of that song! So, that still happens to me and I've smoked 3 days out of the last 200+ so I should be over that by now, but I'm not. So I can't really tell you how long it lasts... for some, not very long, longer for others and then for some like me, it never seems to go away. It's going to depend on you. But even if this NEVER goes away, it's still a heck of a lot better than smoking, so I don't really care. Crave the Quit! Kitty, Hang in there. Everyone goes through this when quitting. The good news is that this does go away... hopefully without too many casualties along the way. :) Here's another thread for you called Angry Club - Quitter Critters that talks about anger. There's a lot of good stuff in here... basically just a bunch of people venting their anger and frustration... and a lot of it is very very funny... which could be a great way to release some of your anger and frustration. You're doing an awesome thing for yourself. Hang in there and you'll make it! Crave the Quit! Yes, Newbkr, you missed a step, but I guess I don't blame you for missing it since I didn't tell you about it. ;p The step you missed was when you click the world, you then type the word "here" or the name of the thread or whatever you want and then it comes up another screen where you THEN paste the URL. Does that make sense? Sorry, I forgot about that step. Try again. Play with it a bit. Hope it works for you. Crave the Quit! Kitty, I'm sorry. I DO feel like we're hijacking your thread, and I'm sorry about that. How are you feeling now? Any better? I know the double dose of witchiness is often a tough one. I hope you get through it OK. The good news is it doesn't last toooooooooo long. But right now, I know that's not much of a comfort. Just hang in there. You're doing awesome! Crave the Quit!
