Milaya,
If you really want this quit, keep it. Stay strong through these rough times. You will someday have to learn how to handle stressful situations without a smoke, why not today? You really must ask yourself.....Will you smoking help the situation with your daughters friend? Will smoking make it less painful to loose your ex-husband? Think about that one, he's dying of cancer....you should be learning a little something there. Really, this is just junkie thinking, ole' nicodemon himself looking for ways to get you to give in again. Don't let him win. Once again, if you really want this quit, keep it!!!
Now remember those coping mechanisms....breath, drink water, chew on a straw....scream, cry, yell....whatever it takes to not light up!!!
Stay strong...you can get through this
Sheila
