Milaya... Ask yourself another question. Instead of is this a good time to quit ask yourself is this a good time to live. Quitting smoking is a choice that we make and then we have to be committed to stick by that choice regardless of what happens. The world doesn't stop while we quit although many of us wish it had. You are letting the junkie thinking get the best of you. Kick it to the curb. When your desire not to smoke outweights your desire to smoke, you will quit. The choice is yours to make. No one here can do it for you. It is entirely up to you. If you want this quit then everyone here will do whatever they can to encourage you and to help you thought the tough times but only you can decide to make it happen. Milaya.. Take some deep breaths. Quitting is hard for everyone. You have to put your quit first. You have to want it more than anything in this world. NOPE is the only way to successfully quit. Each time you put nicotine back into your system you are starting the whole process all over again. Each day that you do not smoke is one day closer to never feeling this way again. Of course you wanted that cigarette. You are an addict. We are all nicotine addicts. Don't beat yourself up. Get mad at the addiction and get determined not to let it control your life for one moment longer. I never thought I would be successful at quitting but taking it five minutes a time...I am successful and you can be as well. Milaya, Don't beat yourself up over this :) Have you learned from it? Are you going to continue smoking? Get back in the saddle and use your coping mechanisms to help you through. Stay strong and post often, we can help you through this. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
