Keep fighting Sheller!!We're all in this together. You can get through any situation, you really can. Next week may be different for you and you'll look back on this and be glad you stayed strong. Fighting the cravings is better than fighting cancer, thats what i tell myself when the thought of a cig crosses my mind. Keep reading & posting and reward yourself!! Oh no you don't. 15 days quit. On your way to being quit forever. You've already made it through hell week and heck week. You don't want to go back there. Twice is more than enough. Don't you dare smoke. I remember day 14 like it was yesterday. I wanted to quit my job and go get just one smoke. Pretty dumb huh. Yep it was. It is not worth it. Do not give in. Get your attitude in check and put this whole quit thing back into perspective. Go back over your reasons for quitting and if all else fails....go on to bed! You can do it Sheller. You did it before and you don't want to have to do it again. EVER Remember: Every day is one day closer to never feeling this way again. Chin up...best foot forward. NO SMOKING ALLOWED! hey all, having an awful day with really bad news and horrible cravings. I can't believe the cravings have become so much worse this week over last. Sorry but I needed to vent. No adults here to talk to and I'm just so near the edge. I'm tired of being *****y and fighting the demon. I'll keep fighting, don't worry but I just needed to vent. hey all, thanks for the support. sometimes you just need to see it in print to make it small enough to deal with. completely smoke free still but I think I'm beginning to have a serious problem with popcorn. Remember how bad it was those first few days, you dont want to go through that again do you? Hang in there I know its not easy but it is worth it. You are going to feel so good and so proud of yourself. And remember no matter what has happened having a cigarette will NOT help it will only make it worse because you will feel so bad after. Read and post all you can, take deep breaths, go for a walk what ever it takes, just DONT smoke!!!
