rawker: This was a big one for me as well. The cig after the meal not only completed my eating time....it gave me such SATISFACTION! That feeling was what I was craving...not so much the actual cigarette. I have to say that chocolate is the only thing that I found that could give me that same feeling of satisfaction at the end of a meal. I would mix it up in what form it would take...but that's what helped...chocolate. Sometimes a piece of dove candy, sometimes a hot chocolate, sometimes those snackwell's chocolate cookies.... Anyway, you get the idea. As for the calories, I just watched how much I had...only one piece of chocolate for example. Any extra calories in that was WORTH it. :) Cheers.
