Cigarettes Not Smoked

I like this post. Thank You Rusty. I am very might into the whole idea that a step forward is a step forward and needs to be celebrated as such. I very much like the idea philosophy that that step forward is really doubly valuable because is is not a step backward. Lordy, I can hardly walk and chew gum never mind all these stepping things. So Thank You Rusty. This information is of great value and I know that I will use this thinking in my quit. Excellent post Rusty! Nice post Rusty. As long as we are moving forward, we are progressing. I live by the saying "just keep putting one foot in front of the other". When I don't know where to go or what to do, I just do whatever comes next. That has gotten me through a lot of tough times. Still keeping my chin up. Thanks for the motivation!
