I know I read that some people get gas once they quit smoking, from constipation I guess... I didn't expect it to be this bad. I'm afraid to leave my house, and I've been avoiding my husband. I can't controle my gas. And it stinks! It wasn't even this bad when I was pregnant. Anyone else having these issues. Please tell me it will go away soon. I'm making myself sick at times, and I don't have a weak stomach. Great another fart thread.. lol I love Josie's advise... this will pass. and pass and pass and pass.. Me too.. I have the same problem. It's funny because my teenage son used to be Mr. Stinky at our house (we carried a can of deodorizer when near him) and since I quit smoking, he has competition ! He is such a complainer too.. so funny !! It seems to be like the other symptoms.. they come and go.. and return and go.. Some days.. going out in public can be an embarassing ordeal.. while others.. nothing at all.. Watch the hot sauce and cabbage though.. nothing to do with smoking ! lol Welcome again..
