thanks all.. I am so proud of myself too. It was a lot of hard work, but i dont regret it for one second.
I was so happy to hear from all my old friends, i miss you all. It is nice to be a part of a group that is so supportive. I was just explaining to my bf about this site, and I realized that there are not enough words to explain just what this site has done for me, I owe it my life, and to all the support specialists.. melanie, josie... etc... you have helped me more than you know.
Thanks to all my new friends on here... all of you. I could NOT have made it through it without you,
I have no doubt that I will never smoke again, and I owe it all to you, my uncle and to my belief in the power of will.
you all have it, just use it. Dont let the nicodemon win. You are stronger than any man made chemical plant!! remember that!!!
All my love and respect to you all for taking on this challenge, and for succeeding, for I have no doubt that you will, and have. One day smoke free is a success. That is where I started. All of us did... Day one.... ahhhh so long ago... but so clear.
Now look at me... and it all started on day one.. you can all do it to...
Living strong, Living long...
