This is only my 4th day and I can't keep thinkin I should have just one, but we know how that goes....Wish I had 241 days under my belt like u, wonderful!!!!! :)

Of course I remember you. You were behind me, but with me and always so full of humor and conviction. This oldie is still around. Not posting as often, but still come by at least once a day. Lately, I've been in the 6-12 club villa celebrating the one year folks. I am free and I love it! Well here's one oldie who sadly to say from today sets back the quit meter to 0 and starts over. Yes I made it all the way to 11 months and then puff by puff crept back up to my usual 40 a day. I cannot believe I have been so stupid. How, to have gone through the hell heck and whatever other type of day and week, only to find onself back to zero in less time than it took me to get to my first day when I could honestly say I didn't miss a cigarette. Again I'm going to need all the support I can get. My first and only quit last year was hell and I spent so much time here letting everybody here know about it. But honestly I believe that it was you guys who helped me get to the first 11-month-nicotine-free period in almost 37 years. Please guys help again.

Hi Katiequitter, Congratulations on remaining quit! There are many of us old timers around.....I like Flatlander's description of taking an "observational back seat." To tell the truth, time has taken over....time to be free and really live. I used to spend hours at SSC....9 months of my quit and many euros provided me with the finest bunch of friends that can be found anywhere. Now it is time to stand back a little and post now and again, for I feel that I can't let go quite yet....I'd miss so many of you. The great part is knowing that I do NOT miss the Nickodemon in my life! NEVER LOOK BACK, THE FUTURE IS AHEAD!!! Love to everyone, Lolly. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/25/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 436 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 15,285 Amount Saved: 2180 Life Gained: Days: 60 Hrs: 18 Mins: 20 Seconds: 21
