Well, I made it through the weekend and I feel sick, still spaced out and all not really to good. I think my body hates me for not smoking. It has an attitude and is showing itself. So...I am at work today (almost called in but would be worse at home. at least here I can work and not think about it). I know that the toxins are gone after 72 hours, but still not feeling all to hot today. At least with me feeling sick, each time I do have a passing thought about smoking, it is just that..."Passing", because when I do think about going outside to smoke (my break was about 30 min ago), I feel sick to my stomach. So...happy Monday to all... You ain't whistling Dixie there. OH man....thinking and reading here, there is one comment made what i agree with. Why smoke to go through this again? It is either go back to smoking and die of suffocation or heart attack, or go through this for a week or two and live longer and be able to spend more time with friends and family, hmmm...tough choice but I choose the latter. LOL! Good description! Hang in there! Deep inhale, deep exhale, drink a glass of juice, drink lots of water, stay busy or nap (which ever works for you), stay close to this site ... read, post as needed, chew gum or suck on hard candy if it helps, talk positive to yourself, remember there is light at the end of the tunnel ... keep your eye on the prize.
