OH DEAR! Epson salts baths are for soaking in most certainly not drinking. I really have to proof read more of what I write! As the chemicals purge from youjr system you will need to replace them with something. Water is the best replacement, juice has a lot of sugar, alchohol will only make you drunk and dehydrated, pop or other drinks can make you dehydrated, over sugared and just plain lethargic or as with caffine overstimulated. Drinking water helps balance your system, you might also try epson salts baths as the salts will help leach the chemicals from your system. Think of how you might treat a victim of poison. Everything in moderation and it is a great idea to check with your doctor or health care provider. LOL, Cybrduke. Drinking lots of water does help flush out the toxins. Tobacco contains a whole lot more stuff than just nicotine and all that needs to be cleared out, too. Because smoking is not allowed in most bathrooms and if you drink enough water..... that's where you'll be!!! Actually I guess the logic is to fluch out toxins and to stay hydrated. Drinking a lot of water will keep your secretions thinner and easy to get rid of. Why drink lots of liquids when you have a cold? Because it makes it easier to cough out/blow out all that junk! sheba, Water rids your body of the toxins that smoking put in there! Drinking water also help to balance your system. As you can see the members have already said all this. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
