Its been a month with no ciggies. Feeling very good. I sleep better, and wake up much more rested. I still have my little momentary nico-fits followed by this sad dissapointed feeling...but it passes in a few seconds. What I've learned? Smokers STINK! ewwww. I can smell them a mile away now. The hard part now is STAYING quit. Keeping my motivation up. I've learned that quitting smoking is hard, but starting is REALLY easy. Just walk up to a smoker and bum one. I've had that urge a few times after a few drinks...I haven't acted on it. I know if I have one I'll be hooked again.
