Hi free,
Don't worry, this is a common symptom...so common in fact that it's part of what's been termed as "Smoker's Flu". From my experience, that summed it up for me. I basically ached from head to toe, no energy, coughing, chills, etc. As rotton as you may feel, this is a sign that your body is healing :) It should pass within a day or two. Until then, treat yourself as if you really had the flu... comfort foods, rest & plenty of fluids. And, just as if you had the flu, if symptoms persist, see your doctor.
5 days is great... only 2 more days and hell week is over. Good goin'!
