What is wrong? Weight not leaving

You are probably turning your fat into muscle and it weighs more. Don't let the extra 5 pounds get to you. You probably look and feel better even though the scale doesn't show it. Keep up the good work.

I agree. You're building up your muscle! That's FANTASTIC! Don't let that discourage you. Muscle burns fat. You'll see positive results, I promise! KEEP GOING! You're doing great!!! T. Mike... I was wondering about you. Glad to see that meter climbing again. Hang in there and keep dropping in from time to time. Ok Since May 01, 2006, I have been walk/Running 80 minutes each day for 3 days per week. Eating healthy best I've ever eaten in years. Other 2 days of week I either do yard work 2 hrs, or ride bike for 90 minutes, or stretch/flexing type exercises, and weights every 2 weeks. So what am I doing wrong no weight lost actually put on 5 lbs since May 01. My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/15/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 131 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,713 Amount Saved: $655 Life Gained: Days: 20 Hrs: 15 Mins: 38 Seconds: 0

I had the same problem. I was walking 40 and 50 miles a week and obsessing over what I ate and I couldn't lose. It wasn't until I added strength training twice a week and changed my exercise around that I started losing. They say that if you do the same exercise your body gets used to it and isn't stretched anymore.
