Angelic.. Take some deep breathes. When I quit smoking my mother's response was that it was stupid and why would I want to do something like that. My point is it doesn't matter what others think. I was mean, very mean when I quit. I had to put myself and my attitude in check so that I wasn't flying off the handle at everyone. Some days I still have to do that.
This is your life, this is your quit and some days we just have to look out for ourselves. Give yourself permission to take care of yourself and your quit. It's allowed.
