your post sounds like you 'know' when you quit that you are going to relapse. a quit can't succeed with that thinking. you must choose and then "commit".....being around smokers doesn't really 'cause' a relapse,,,,,a relapse is caused when you 'choose' to take that sickarette and light it up.
Learn tactics that give you OTHER choices....like vamoosing from the smokers group.
