Good words to live by. In the busy world we live in there is always so much to do and never enough time to do it. Tomorrow will always be better for (fill in the blank). When things get to be a bit much for me I do whatever comes next. I still do the same thing in terms of my quit. One step at a time and whatever comes next. When we try to look at everything we want and need to accomplish it tends to be overwhelming and then we don't accomplish much. Some people spend more time trying to get out of doing something when to just do it would have been faster. I found the hardest part of quitting was just getting started. Rusty...I'm so glad you are back. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 219 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,395 Amount Saved: $766.5 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 8 Mins: 52 Seconds: 0

This quote by Ralph Marston may encourage some of you: Start now You'll get it done, if you start right now. Yes, there's so much to do. The task at the moment seems insurmountable. But there's no time to worry or fret. Get on with it. Get started right now. Your actions can take you where your thoughts dare not even dream you'll go, if you'll get started now. It doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to be done. If you wait and worry, nothing will come. Look up, speak up, stand up, and make it happen. Achievement is in the doing. Don't wait idly for it to be delivered -- that delivery will never come. Do what you can right now, no matter how little it may seem to be. There is something you can do. Though you can think of a thousand reasons not to, start now, and you're on your way.
