Crystal, in reading this and your other post, please forgive me but I don't believe that you are suffering from hunger...as in hunger for food. You are having withdrawals plain and simple. Your body and your mind (as someone in your other thread pointed out) are trying to confuse the lack of cigarettes with the lack of food. You can't stuff your way into feeling better.
I suggest that you find ways to relax. Work through the program tools. Start a quit journal and in it write your reasons for quitting, your coping mechanisms, your reward plan, and also paste threads, posts and inspirational writings that speak to you.
Hang in there...it will get better!
Rusty
