Hi Ashley, along this website what really makes a change on my life, was the work of this teacher lisaaromano.com

After this I was able to not be vulnerable anymore to toxic personalities. I was able to tap more with my core true self. And I stoped putting the blame on me, when something doesn't gone well.

But I could say to learn this I tooked around 3 years, I made the 12 step course and listened hundreds of YouTube videos about the subject. Because it was so deep that was difficult to find inside this core beliefs I didn't knew I had or even existed.

I can say I solved my panic attacks with this program, and the Lisa romano work was a big complement about the core beliefs.
