Coming Up with Pleasant Activities

Clynn,

Excellent process and so happy to see you are working through the program!

Don't over think!

Pleasant activities can anything from laying down for 10 minutes to running a 5km!

Reading
Writing a letter
Call a long lost friend
Long bath
Baking

Think outside the box!

I'm working on module four, but I'm having a lot of trouble coming up with pleasant activities to try. I've come up with knitting, going for a walk and calling my mother (and I'm still not sure about that last one), but that doesn't seem like very much. What sort of pleasant activities have you tried?
