This time the goal award goes to KJD. Their goals are to:
1. Spend more time with my son walking his dog everyday for 10-15 minutes, playing games & going to his basketball games & practices 2x week
2. Exercise program 3x per week consisting of walking, lifting weights, eating healthier foods & thinking positive not negative
3. Doing the depression program everyday, logging in daily activity tracker & diary mood tracker
