So far so good on no dairy. I get 8th cont soy milk and it's real good. So time will tell. Eating super healthy and proper portions as well. In general Ive been much better. Tomorrow back to the pdoc to adjust meds and I have appts. scheduled for this week and will be back in my workout routine as well. Im excited.

Mentioned it to the MH therapist I see, she told me about a nutririon class to go to. The Doc is new. I see him every few weeks for 15 min. No ins. right now. I'm just going to try this for a few weeks and see how it goes. I will still get the nutrients I need, just from other sources. I love milk, so it will be a change, but soy milks okay.

This may be the wrong forum, but since I'm here. I'm thinking of cutting dairy and going to soy milk etc. for anxiety and panic. I have read there could be a relation. Just not sure.
