Setting dates/Following through

Red,

You may want to take a look at our sister site the Panic Center (www.panicenter.net).  That program may be able to help you with the anxiety.  If you were able to set dates and leave the house regularly how do you think your life would change?

I seem to have a hard time setting dates to do anything.  I mostly do things on impulse depending on how I am feeling emotional and physically.  When I  think about setting a actual date to do something anxiety begins to set in and I am just to anxious to do anything.  Because of this behavior I rarely leave the house and have become a recluse.  Does anyone else here have this problem?  and if so what things have you tried that helped.?  Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
