Doing so gracefully.  Earning the title Ma'am (never thought I'd say that).  The wisdom that comes with experience. 
 
I need to continue to work on my health.  Without health (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social), what do I have.  I have to take care of me, it's not anyone's job but mine.  I have to be responsible for the food I eat, the thoughts I think, the emotions I feel, my spirituality and I have to do my part in maintaining friendships.

I am glad to be getting older.  The older I get the more I learn.
 
I try more now to eat healthy, exercise and stay social.  It can be tough but it helps a lot

Healthy Aging Month!

September is Healthy Aging Month! Healthy Aging Month began as a way for people to focus their attention on Healthy Aging. Let’s shatter the stereotypes that getting older is a bad thing and remember all the positives aging brings. Also, it is never too late to take control of your health and begin living a healthier lifestyle. Physical, mental, social and spiritual health are all important to lead a balanced life.
