Hi,

Wrote my own goals the other day started off with three but like you keeping things one step at a time, how did you feel waking up before ten especially since you woke even earlier with the clocks going back?

Like you I have joined recently so welcome and I too hope you find what you are looking for. Remember that you can post any time day or night or just read other peoples posts to give inspiration.

Faryal, I am not from Canada, I don't know how that got to be there.  I thought I checked US.  I wouldn't mind being from Canada!

Stardust,

Take it slow. Do a bit each day, and if you are feeling overhwlemed, take a break and go back to it when you are ready.
You can do it! We're here to help and support you no matter what.

Hi goofy
Glad I only got unplugged on 'Canada'. I just could'nt cope with being 105, well I'm half way there anyhow. Sigh sigh

Haven't managed to brave any activity schedules yet - just feels like a huge step. Brain goes all fuzzy when I think of it. It sort of feels overwhelming. Help

Hello Goofy,

I believe our daylight savings time changes in November ( live in Canada also) and so to my knowledge the clocks have not yet "fallen" back one hour. The system is slightly different in other countries because up until last year, we used to change our clocks in October also.

Stardust, I am wondering if the time changed here this weekend????hmmmm    I also show up from Canada but live in the US.  I don't know how to change it.  At one time it reflected I was 105 and I couldn't change that either.  I'm glad to see you are making use of the program and already set a goal.  I just did that day before yesterday - set three and already started one!  I guess we are on the right track!  Keep up the good work even if we are reflected as being from Canada.

Hi
Yesterday was my first time on this site and after reading the section on goal setting, decided to set getting up before 10 would be a good start. Well talk about over the top - got up a whole  hour early this morning - forgot that the clocks had gone back at midnight. Poor hubby was at work a hour early. tee hee!
Oh ye.  I live in France but probly got finger problems when choosing 'where you live' option. Anyone know how to fix it.
